De'Tonga Hotel in Medan was an unexpected gem during my latest visit. The location is quite handy, just a short distance from local hotspots like Pajak Ikan Medan and Medan Centre Point, perfect for a leisurely shopping spree. The outdoor swimming pool is a lovely touch - ideal for sunbathing with friends after a day of exploring. Plus, the wellness facilities, including a hot tub and sauna, added a nice touch of luxury, allowing us to unwind and recharge. The friendly staff were always on hand, offering great guidance about the area, which made the whole experience feel like a breeze. While it's not without its quirks, I think De'Tonga is a solid choice for those looking to blend relaxation with a bit of adventure in the heart of Medan!
